In general, ToolWiz Pretty Photo can help you modify your pictures with decent results. Intended mostly for inexperienced users, it is also suitable for professionals who do not need to get extremely polished results. Unfortunately, it cannot manage large pictures as those taken with modern digital cameras. However, it lets you resize or crop the photographs before starting to edit them.
